Apatris is an anarchist "free press" newspaper distributed all over Greece for free. It is published approximately every five weeks with 28 pages of content and a circulation of fifteen thousand copies. From 2013 onwards Apatris changed its model of operation. It is now based on a decentralized structure with seven autonomous editorial teams distributed evenly in accordance with the geography of Greece.
The main topic of the presentation will be our structure and operational model. The problems we face and how we tackle them. The advantages and disadvantages of our decentralized structure. The presentation will focus especially in the benefits and the rationale for publishing a printed edition in the age of internet.
